Masternaut Implements Masternaut Telematics for Volvo Construction Equipment Division
Masternaut, the UK’s leading online Telematics Service Provider, has announced a new Masternaut implementation for Volvo Construction Equipment Division, Volvo Group UK Ltd – a wholly owned dealership of the global construction equipment manufacturer. Masternaut now enables Volvo Construction Equipment to react quickly to customer calls, manage its service engineers more effectively and deliver increased quality of service to customers for whom time is of the essence when waiting for an engineer. The contract is for three years, with a further three year option.
Volvo Construction Equipment uses Masternaut’s customisable reports to establish and monitor benchmarks for its customer SLAs – most of which relate to response times to emergency calls. Masternaut will also help the company to manage duty of care responsibilities: average speed reports and elimination of telephone communication – by identifying real-time engineer positions on screen – both contribute to a safer working environment for mobile engineers.
