Masternaut Shortlisted for the National Business Awards Best Use of Technology
Masternaut has been shortlisted for the National Business Awards – Best Use of Technology- a category that recognises organisations who demonstrate effective use of business technology.
Our award submission focuses on how Masternaut has impacted on our business and how we use the software. Like our customers, Masternaut is embedded at the heart of our business. We use it to manage the efficiency of our engineers, the health & safety of our mobile workers and control our costs.
All of our employees with company vehicles from the CEO down are monitored. This includes speed management via our SpeedSafe application (part of our Duty of Care module). This module was originally developed to implement, manage and provide robust protection under our corporate health & safety guidelines.
We can also report that Masternaut customer Able & Cole, who supply home delivered organic food, have also been shortlisted in a customer service category.
We are delighted that Masternaut’s Masternaut platform has been recognised by the National Business Awards.
