PHS drivers clean up with Masternaut Three X
Leeds, UK, 18 May 2009 – PHS Washrooms, part of the PHS Group plc, is live monitoring over 700 vehicles using cutting edge satellite vehicle tracking from Masternaut Three X to support the organisation’s Safe Driving Campaign. The online tracking service allows the fleet management team to locate any vehicle at any time and observe its speed. The system is also helping to resolve allegations made against PHS drivers for insurance claims.

The Masternaut Three X vehicle tracking service allows close observation of vehicles and this can incorporate local speed limits to further enhance speed monitoring via the groundbreaking Speed Tracker tool. Part of the Masternaut carbon reducing GreenerFleet solution, the system records and displays vehicle movements in real time. This shows the vehicles’ actual speeds together with the legal speed limits for each road travelled, giving a graphical view of each vehicle in the fleet complete with driver information. The system alerts the fleet management team and the driver whenever the speed limit is broken and can therefore encourage substantial improvements in driving style.
