Corporate Sales Director, Jonathan Smith, and UK Catalytix Director, Mike Hemming, will be hosting an interactive roundtable at this years’ HSE UK Congress from the 11-12 February.
The driver safety roundtable will take place on Tuesday 11 February and will provide unique insight and practical discussion around implementing safety improvements across your fleet.
Topics will include:
- How best to engage drivers in a safety improvement programme
- The tools available to you to support improvements in safety
- How to measure progress and the KPIs that should be tracked
Both Jonathan Smith and Mike Hemming have in depth experience of working with fleets on bespoke projects to improve safety and will share what they consider to be best practice across the Masternaut customer base. Attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and share their own learnings from safety initiatives they've participated in, allowing the whole group to benefit from shared fleet knowledge.
