10:30 Workshop (option one): Data - the cornerstone of your optimisation strategy. 

Mike Hemming, UK Catalytix Director, Masternaut: Our interactive workshop will provide insights and discussion around the use of telematics data to understand personnel productivity. We will detail specific examples of trends we see in fleets today and case studies of how the data has been utilised to facilitate and consolidate change across businesses. Our focus will be on sharing ideas and thoughts on how telematics can support those important decisions that help you complete additional work with your customers on a day to day basis, and how you can measure this over time.

10:30 Workshop (option two): Total Cost of Ownership - Why it matters. 

Adam Wheeler, Fleet Technology Consultant, Masternaut: This workshop will take an interactive look at Total Cost of Ownership calculations; focusing on sharing best practice, and highlighting how data can underpin your strategy in reducing cost. We'll be showing examples of how real organisations have managed to reduce fleet costs, and delving into the detail on TCO calculations so that we can see how they might affect a fleet in the real-world. All with the aim of enabling you to start looking at TCO differently, using data to drive cost reductions.
