Laurent joined us in December 2020 as Chief Technology Officer. He strongly believes that technology can be both an accelerator and a differentiator. Working closely with his teams, his role is to develop the technology roadmap to effectively support the business and provide the best solutions to customers.
With over 20 years of experience working in Europe and the United States in various industries and technology positions, Laurent has transformed organisations by creating team structures that enable rapid delivery of solutions across multiple continents. He was also able to increase customer satisfaction through the creation of global support teams, which made it possible to be more efficient in responding 24/7 to customer questions and issues.
Laurent, born in France, has been living in the UK for over 3 years with his wife and is the father of two children currently living in France. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and flying light aircraft for which he holds a US and French pilot's licence.
