The Masternaut’s Referral Program encourages individuals (customers, partners, installers, employees…) to provide us contact details of people from their network that could be interested in our fleet management solutions and services.
- Masternaut customers should register referrals by submitting the online referral form at: https://go.masternaut.com/referral/
- Referrals must be of businesses or organisations based in the UK or Ireland.
- Subject to the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, the scheme will provide a reward based on the number of equipped vehicles. The customer's choice is one of the following:
- Gift voucher: Amazon OR Sodexo
- A charitable donation: Red Cross ORChildren in Need
Here’s the breakdown:
- < 5 vehicles: £50
- 5 to 19 vehicles: £100
- 20 to 49 vehicles: £300
- 50 to 99 vehicles: £750
- 100 to 249 vehicles: £1000
- 250 to 499 vehicles: £2500
- > 500 vehicles: £5000
- Rewards are payable in respect of each new customer covered by a contract with a minimum term of at least 36 months.
- No Rewards will be made for referrals of:
- organisations with whom Masternaut (or any of its agents or resellers) is already in sales negotiations
- organisations that another customer or third party has already referred to us in the previous six months
- Referrals are only eligible for an organisation/business and contact with whom we are not in sales negotiations.
- Rewards will be calculated based on the referred customer's initial order and will not apply to any repeat orders or business placed thereafter.
- No Rewards will be made for contracts signed more than six months after a referral is made.
- Where applicable, the recipient is responsible for declaring the value of the Referral Reward received to HMRC or to any other body that has a right to such information.
- We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions of this scheme or to cease offering this scheme in the future.
- The terms and conditions in place when the referral is made will apply to any Reward.
- For any disputes concerning the referral program the applicable law shall be the laws of England and the forum for any action shall be London.
